Beautiful rooms, friendy helpful staff, great location, excellent beds lovely outlook onto peaceful canal and it´s own gondola stop!

None, although room rate was quite high approx 500 euros

Positive aspects:
The staff were very welcoming and the room was large,light and airy with all amenities offered to make your stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious (so much to choose from). It is a centrally located first class hotel.

Negative aspects:
Could not fault the hotel itself, the only problem we encountered was the "FREE" tour offered by the hotel to the glass factory. The salesman pressured us all through the "private" tour to purchase the products, however, we did not have a need to buy them so were shown the door and had to make our own way back to the hotel.
